5811 Castle Panic, GM: Josh Finley, 6 players, No XP/Simple, Friday 2p-4p. The forest is filled with all sorts of monsters. They watched and waited as you built your castle and trained your soldiers, but now they've gathered their army and are marching out of the woods. Can you work with your friends to defend your castle against the horde, or will the monsters tear down your walls and destroy the precious castle towers? You will all win or lose together, but in the end only one player will be declared the Master Slayer! Family Friendly (7+) Ballroom Table 312. $1.50

6057 : Smash Up, GM: Shellee Levin, 4 players, No XP/Simple, Friday 5p-6p. The "shufflebuilding" game Smash Up starts with a simple premise: Take the twenty-card decks of two factions, shuffle them into a forty-card deck, then compete to smash more Bases than your opponents! Each faction brings a different game mechanism into play (pirates move cards, zombies bring cards back from the discard pile, dinosaurs have huge power) and every combination of factions brings a different play experience. Family Friendly (7+) Ballroom Table 213. $1.50

7p

5538 6 nimmt!, GM: Eric McGlohon, 10 players, No XP/Simple, Friday 7p-8p. In 6 nimmt!, a.k.a. Category 5 and many other names, you want to score as few points as possible. To play the game, you shuffle the 104 number cards, lay out four cards face-up to start the four rows, then deal ten cards to each player. Each turn, players simultaneously choose and reveal a card from their hand, then add the cards to the rows, with cards being placed in ascending order based on their number. Each card is placed in the row that ends with the highest number that's below the card's number and when the sixth card is placed in a row, the owner of that card claims the other five cards and the sixth card becomes the first card in a new row. In addition to a number from 1 to 104, each card has a point value. After finishing ten rounds, players tally their score and see whether the game ends. When this happens, the player with the fewest points wins! Family Friendly (7+) Ballroom Table 303. $1.50

Most problems can be solved with a little headology, but at times you must resort to magic. However, care must be taken as too much magic can lead a young witch to turn Black Aliss.
