U-Con 2024, November 15-17

We urge attendees to book rooms only via the Marriott website, and to use our code. Doing those things ensures that you will be able to assist you with your reservations should unforeseen circumstances arise.
Important Dates
- June 15: Event submission opens
- August 24 at Noon ET: Badges on sale / events preview available
- Sunday September 8 at Noon ET: Event tickets and volunteer shifts Go Live / Preregistration
- October 19: last day to reserve your room at the Marriott
- November 1 at 9pm ET: preregistration discount expires
- November 7 at 9pm ET: Self-refund deadline on TTE
- November 13: Event submission closes
- November 14 at 7-9pm: Early Badge Pickup
- November 15-17: U-Con Gaming Convention 2024!

A badge is required to play in events.
Registration System
We are using TableTop dot Event (TTE) software for Registration. All event submissions, badging, and ticketing will be run through TTE (https://tabletop.events/conventions/u-con-2024). You must have an account with TTE in order to submit events or register for a badge. See the schedule of important dates above.
Merchandise
Cancellation Policy
Attendees may cancel their attendance through their Tabletop account until November 7th. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. U-Con may allow for a full refund on a case-by-case basis.
Event tickets with a non-zero cost may be refunded until the start of the event, less a 10% cancellation fee.
