U-Con Con Chair Update – 2022 August 15
Greetings! Another update for everyone.
The events are available for preview. I want to be clear that we are still accepting event submissions, so please submit now! Along with that, we have decided to push pre-registration back and will open it up on Friday, September 2nd, 11 AM. Unless we have a technical issue, we will not be changing that date.
Again: Pre-registration opens Friday, September 2nd, 11 AM.
The last day to reserve your room at the Marriott under the U-Con room block is September 06. We are getting low on rooms, so I encourage you to reserve them now. If we run out of rooms early enough we may be able to add to our block, but we cannot make any guarantees. Use this link:
We have our COVID policy up and it was disseminated earlier. It can be viewed in full on our website. In short: masks are required while at U-Con in our spaces, but not at the rest of the hotel (for example: their restaurant, their lobby, rooms). Also, we will require either proof of vaccination or a Negative PCR test (gathered within 72 hours of the start of U-Con) in order to receive their badge.
Our team is looking forward to seeing everyone this year after this hiatus, and I personally need some in person gaming!
