U-Con 2022 Event Registration

Hello U-Con Attendees!

The moment many of you have been waiting for, event pre-registration is right around the corner. U-Con will be opening pre-registration on Friday, September 2nd at 11 AM ET. All of our badges, event tickets, and t-shirt sales will be located at https://tabletop.events/conventions/u-con-2022

First thing you’ll want to do is get a badge. Having a badge is the only way to be able to sign up for events, so you’ll need to do this first. Tabletop Events has a walkthrough of how to do this on their website here. GMs! We have GM badges available for purchase. Remember, to qualify to purchase a discounted GM/volunteer badge, you need at least 8 hours of events and/or volunteer time at U-Con. We reserve the right to refund purchased GM/volunteer badges who do not qualify for the discount, so please purchase only if you qualify. We are working on providing those who have 16 or more hours of events/volunteer time their free badges, so please check to see if this has already been provided to you.

Next up is getting event tickets. New this year to U-Con 2022 is that all standard events are included in the cost of your badge. So, getting and releasing tickets is easy to do. Here’s Tabletop Events write up of how to do to this here. Please remember that even though the events have no cost, you must still go through the checkout process, otherwise you will not have your events show up in your schedule and may lose your seat. In addition, the Tabletop Events system does prevent you from double booking your time, so please be mindful of scheduling your time and putting events tickets with the right person.

Thinking about getting a T-shirt? We recommend ordering T-shirts at the same time as purchasing your U-Con badge, in the same transaction. That way, we can ensure that you get the right T-shirt size set aside for you, as we cannot guarantee shirt sizes on site.

Pre-registration pricing only lasts until 11:45 PM ET on September 24th, so don’t delay before prices go up!
