U-Con Auction 2019 update

Hello everyone. Your friendly, neighborhood Auction Coordinator here. Just wanted to remind everyone that the annual U-Con Auction will be happening on Saturday at 1 pm in Auditorium 1. This year, we’re excited to work with our charity partner Jasper’s Game Day!

First off, I want to thank everyone for their patience. Several people have inquired about the auction over the last few months and I know that I have not always replied in a timely fashion. You have my apologies, and I hope to make it up to you all with a better auction this year!

A few minor changes have been made this year. The seller form and rules have been updated. We are working on updating the item slips to give more space for descriptions, and I hope to have those for you soon. If you already printed anything to prepare, there is no need to use the new forms. You can still use the existing forms (PDF here).

The limit of items in the auction is still 80. this helps keep the auction at a reasonable length, and last year resulted in fewer unsold items. I would suggest bundling your auction items into lots now and get there early. Item submission begins at 11 am in Auditorium 1.
