What to do when you arrive:

  • Registering onsite: Please fill out an onsite registration card and the optional ticket request card when you arrive.  We will open at 9 am on Friday, 8 am on Saturday, and 8:30 am on Sunday
  • Preregistered: Please pick up your materials at the Registration desk after you arrive, starting at 9am on Friday.
  • Gamemasters: Please pick up your materials at the Registration desk after you arrive, starting at 9am on Friday.
  • Members of an organized group: Your group leader will pick up all badges by identifying with your group’s name at the Registration desk.  If you also preregistered, please pick up your materials at the Registration desk at starting at 9am on Friday.
  • Exhibitors: Please check in the Exhibitor hall room or at Registration to meet up with your coordinator.  If you are also a gamemaster, please stop by the registration desk to get your materials after 9am on Friday.
