We Need A Few Good Fate GMs
In order to make the U-Con 2013 Fate RPG Track as successful as it can be, we’re looking for some awesome volunteers to run Fate games at the convention.
As a Fate Track GM, you can look forward to:
- A Fate game on Friday night, GMed by Lenny Balsera, the lead designer!
- Lunch with Lenny on Sunday to talk shop, discuss your games, and hang out!
- Complementary Con Badge
- Plus access to all the other Fate Track events
If you or anyone you know is familiar with Fate and wants to run at the con, head on over and submit your event by 9/17 to get into the prereg system.
Additionally, Lenny, as Guest of Honor, will be facilitating a “Game Creation by Committee” panel after which he will run the game that gets created. We are also looking for some brave GMs to do the same in order to maximize audience participation. If you are interested in this unique and exciting challenge, let the Event Coordinator over at U-Con know that you want to GM a “by the Committee” game. That event will occur during the Saturday 1pm-6pm slot, so don’t schedule anything else during that time.
We already have some great games lined up but we want more!
- By Committee – play what the audience has determined would be fun; based on a Saturday seminar.
- Sally Slick & the Steel Syndicate – designed by Carrie Harris, this event is ideal for teens
- Teddy Roosevelt and the Winter of ’86 – Cowboy Cthulhu at it’s wildest!
- Narosia: Sea of Tears, Village of Gillkas – High fantasy
- Discworld – Based on the renowned book series
- Stormglass – Steampunk cowboys battle alternate universe fascists through alien wormholes!
- Lord Ksarul’s Broken Labyrinth – High fantasy
- FAE: Next on People’s Court – Classic fantasy that doesn’t turn out the way you expect
- FAE: Falling Skies: Detroit – Aliens in the wilderness of Detroit.
- FAE: Big Ghost Shootout Game
See you there!
