Hotel Reservations at the Marriott
For those interesting in the convention hotel experience, we have a room block at the adjoining Marriott. Please be prepared to specify your preference for King or Double/Double at the time of reservation (“every effort will be made to honor all guests’ requests”). All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
Reservations can be made by the following method:
- Call 1.877.757.7133 or 1.800.228.9290 and identify yourself as members of U-Con.
- Visit the website using the group code UCOUCOA.
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 26! After this date, reservations will be accepted based on upon room type availability and the contracted rate may not be applicable.
when can we expect the games to be posted so we can start making our choices?
Val, I’m trying to get it done, but I’m missing a couple events. So, hopefully within a few days.
To, Ihamel: That you for your efforts. Also, if I’ve picked put the games I want to play in from the ones posted so far, how much do I send in for registration beyond the cost per game, and what is the address I would send it to, assuming I want to pay by check?
We’ll be ready to open prereg sometime next week… the schedule isn’t quite ready.
